Dream Selfy OTA Batch | Open

I'm not sure if it's okay, but i'd like to offer a 2500 word short story for 2A. He's just so pretty.

Here's an example of how i write:
Get Well Leafkit! --Peachshine past segment--The sun was barely beginning to tint the pitch sky along the horizon when a rough cough made the fluffy kit's pale blue eyes blink open. Her brown tabby sister had been unusually tired yesterday and now she was coughing. The fawn-cream tortie kit felt her mother shift uncomfortably so that she could sniff the other kit's fur and touch her nose. Plumbkit was somehow still asleep, her dark pelt rising and falling normally in the shadows as the brown kit began another coughing fit. "Mama?" Peachkit spoke up after a moment, much to her mother's surprise. "Yes, my dear?" She responded calmly.
Peachkit sat up and looked at her mother, who's ocean blue eyes held a hint of concern within them. "Is Leafkit okay?" Both cats looked to the brown kit as she shifted slowly and raised her head. The brown kit's amber eyes were clouded and tired-looking, but still determined as she huffed a very rattle-y sounding 'mama its hot'. Peachkit's mother purred reassuringly and spoke softly. "Yes, love." Still
